The Bristol grew up with Louisville. And were proud to be part of this great community! The Bristol Bar & Grille opened its first location on Bardstown Road in the heart of the Highlands in September 1977, and it quickly became a favorite local dining destination. Louisvillians came from all over town to enjoy The Bristols aged choice steaks, pasta, fresh seafood, salads, sandwiches, appetizersincluding our famous Green Chili Wontonsan award-winning wine list, and extensive beer and beverage selection.
